A code-based route tree, a token layer that is the only place styling lives, and a primitive set small enough to actually finish.
Tokens, in one place
Every colour, radius, shadow and spacing step is declared once in @keel/design and mirrored into TypeScript. A drift test fails the build if the two disagree.
Routes as a library
The tree is composed by hand with object-form addChildren. Nothing is generated, so nothing can be regenerated wrongly.

The same components every page in this app is built from.
Label, help and error are wired to the input automatically.
